Our 5 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech starts immediately after a typical Moroccan breakfast in Fes, as we start driving towards the golden Moroccan Sahara passing by the magnificent Middle Atlas, we will be passing during our Fes Desert Tour marvellous landscape, gorgeous old villages and wonderful rivers all along the way. The first stop on our journey would be Ifran, a charming ski resort and an international destination for tourists from all over the world. We will continue our 5 Days tour from Fes to Marrakech to Azrou this time, admiring the largest Cedar forest in Morocco and also having some quality time with the little monkeys .
We would be having our lunch in Midelt to taste the irresistible local Berber Tajine. Afterwards, we will drive together towards Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees in every side of the road. The last station of today's Fes Desert Tour would be the outstanding sand dunes of Erg Chebbi where the sun does never go down. We will continue to our Desert camp in the heart of The Sahara by an exceptional camel ride in the beautiful sunset. You would also experience with us the charm of spending a night in a cosy tent and taste the beauty of the nomadic life.
On the second day of 5 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech, we will wake in an early morning the witness the magic of a camel trek in the sunrise time, we will be riding towards the high dunes of the desert to reach the core of this hidden beauty. We would be also visiting panoramic oases in the middle of nowhere, we would also visit some Sahara natives to know more about the simple but impressive lifestyle of The Sahara Nomads.In the afternoon, we will be exploring the lovely village of KHAMLIA (village of the Gnaoua) mines of MIFISS, the plates desert with the meeting of the Berber nomads of the desert, oasis TISSARDMINE. Our evening would be spent in a lovely Auberge in Merzouga or in our luxurious desert camp, as we all gather for a nice Sahara dinner with famous mint tea and also some interesting Sahara stories.
Our Journey for today will start very early in the morning to catch the magical sunrise, we will return by camels to our Auberge to have a delicious breakfast and get ready to start moving towards Rissani and Erfoud as we would be able to see the treatment plant marble fossilized before continuing to the famous Touroug and Tinjdad palm grove. Our fancy desert lunch would be served in the wonderful Toudra gorges as we would also have enough time to discover more about the majestic Sahara region. In the afternoon you will drive to Dades gorges via Boumalne and the dades valley the beautiful series of rugged wadi gorges carved out by the Dadès River in Morocco. We will have our Moroccan meal for dinner in a lovely local Auberge just at the edge of the flowing river.
Today's Fes Desert Tours starts also by an early wake up to get our fancy breakfast as we watch the sunrise over the mountains or simply enjoy a hot cup of Moroccan Mint Tea next to the Dades River. Next on our 5 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech, we will start driving towards The great Ouarzazate. We will pass through El Kelaa Magona known as Valley of the Roses, as we cross the narrow Road of a thousand Kasbahs.We would stop in the Kelaa to admire the attractive pink roses in all over the charming town and also to try that tempting local food for lunch. The last stop of today's would be the epic city of Ouarzazate and the international hollywood studio, where we will be exploring the local Kasbahs (very old buildings), visiting the famous attractions of the city (Cinema studios, artisan work cooperation, old surviving palaces...) and also taste some local delicious food. We will spend our night in a lovely local Hotel with a nice view and warm atmosphere.
The last morning of our Desert Tour would be an exceptional one, as we go to the deepest core of The Moroccan Sahara, we will start heading towards The Kasbah of in Ait Benhadou, The famous protected UNESCO site and the impressive Internatiinal Film Studion, where many international Masterpieces were filmed, such as " Gladiator", "Lawrance of Arabia" ,and The N°1 World Series "Game Of Thrones".
However, Ait ben Haddou is more than just a film set, it is a ksar( old palace), a fortified village whose history goes back almost a thousand years. We will go together on an adveturous ride through "The Tizi n'Tichka" mountain pass, as the road winds and turns up along the Atlas Mountains. Arriving to the Majestic city and being stunned by the energetic soul of the country and the hospitality of the friendly locals.
